Presently, there is a shortage of COVID-19 vaccines.  Due to the vaccine shortage, the Borough is unable to hold a COVID Vaccine clinic at this time. We will continue to work on hosting a vaccination clinic in Fair Lawn, for Fair Lawn residents only. As soon as we receive the vaccines, we will be sure to notify the public.

If you are interested in receiving the vaccine through the State, you need to register online at   If you do not have internet access or an email address, you need to call the New Jersey State COVID-19 Call Center at 1-855-568-0545 to register for the vaccine.
When the vaccine becomes available at the State operated vaccination sites, you will still need to call or email to make an appointment even though you registered on the NJ State COVID-19 website or registered through the Call Center.

Once again, to register for the vaccine, go to or call the New Jersey State COVID Call Center at 1-855-568-0545.
