Goodtime Spa Ordered Closed Pending State Licensing Compliance

On May 28, 2025, following an inspection by the Fair Lawn Building Department, the Borough ordered the Good Time Spa, 12-82 River Road, to immediately cease operations. The inspection found that the establishment could not provide a valid State license, as required by both the State and Borough. In accordance with Fair Lawn and State regulations, the business was ordered to immediately halt operations until it could provide a valid license and pass a subsequent inspection.

The Borough encourages all licensed massage businesses to ensure their state and municipal documentations are up to date to avoid disruption of operations.
