Fair Lawn Volunteer Opportunities

Generally, these groups are staffed by dedicated volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering for a Board, Committee or Commission, please contact the Municipal Clerk's office for appointment procedures. Any person interested in service on a municipal board, committee or commission shall complete a Volunteer Leadership Form.

Arts Council, Community Relations Committee, Environmental Commission, Garden Committee, Green Team Advisory Committee, Historic Preservation Commission, Pedestrian Safety Committee, Planning Board, Property Maintenance, Rent Leveling Board, Shade Tree Advisory Committee, Zoning Board

• Food Pickup and Delivery (As needed/pre-scheduled, Lifting required, Valid NJ Drivers License)
• Holiday Food Basket (18+) (November)
• Holiday Gift Wrapping (18+) (December)

• Explorers Program (Age 14-21) 
• Jr. Citizens Police Academy (Age 11-14) (One week summer program)
• Citizens Police Academy (Age 18+) (Meets once a week for 12 weeks)
