Council Reorganization Meeting (Virtual)

NOTICE OF REORGANIZATION MEETING TO BE HELD REMOTELY, WITHOUT IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE, ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 5, 2021 AT 7:30 PM 

Notice is hereby given that the Reorganization Meeting of the Borough of Fair Lawn Mayor and Council will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 7:30 p.m.

Due to the ongoing declared public health emergency, and in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., and emergency regulations at N.J.A.C. 5:39-1.1 through 1.7, the Reorganization Meeting will be conducted remotely via the online virtual meeting platform, Go to Meeting.  There shall be no in-person attendance at the meeting.

Members of the public will be able to access and provide public comment at the meeting via computer, tablet or smartphone at https://www.gotomeet.me/BoroughofFairLawn/OPMA,  or telephonically by calling 1 (872) 240-3311 and access code 537-923-125. 

Additionally, the meeting will be broadcast live by Fair Lawn TV for viewing on Cablevision Channel 77 or Verizon FiOS Channel 37 and livestreamed for viewing on www.fairlawn.org. 

Members of the public may also call 201-564-6185 to provide public comment during the public comment portion of the meeting or submit a written comment prior to the meeting via email to publiccomment@fairlawn.org, stating their name and address, and their comments will be read aloud at the meeting.

Prior the meeting, complete instructions for accessing the meeting will be posted on the Borough’s website at www.fairlawn.org.  The Reorganization Meeting agenda will be available on the Borough’s website at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.

Formal action shall be taken at the meeting.
