Nancy Whittaker celebrated her one-year anniversary with the Fair Lawn  Senior Center with a bagel breakfast for the Fitness participants on  the morning of Thursday, August 31, 2006.  The original Seniorcize  class, started in 1996 by Donna Neill, has progressed into a full  fitness program offering a variety of exercise classes.  After an  arduous search, Nancy was hired as the new Fitness Instructor, as  Donna was promoted to Assistant Director.

In addition, the Fitness participants were officially thanked for  completing the new Health Questionnaire and earned the fitness  industry's first and only solidarity wristband with the imprint - Make  the Time.  This one-time promotional gift shows that our participants  have learned that their exercise is a high priority and now they can  inspire others to do the same.  We at the Fair Lawn Senior Center  commend each of our participants for their commitment to exercise and  hope they will wear this bracelet as a great reminder to continue with  their healthy fitness habits.
