Camp Registration

The Fair Lawn Recreation Department will hold registraton for Camp Cherokee (girls) and Camp Iroquois (boys) beginning Monday, April 28, 2008 at the Community Center located at 10-10 20th St. , weekdays 8:30am-4:30pm until Friday, June 13.

Incoming second through eighth graders are eligible. School lists are used to verify grade. Only parent or guardian can register their own child.

First session -Monday-Friday June 30-July 18 (3 weeks) no camp July 4. Fee is $300.00

Second session-Monday-Friday July 21 -August 8 (3 weeks) Fee is $300.00

Before/after care - Before care (8-9am) and after care (5-6pm) per first or second session.

The cost $100.00 each, before or after care per 3 weeks. For both before and after care the cost is $200.00 per 3 week per child.

No Refunds after registering. CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY . NO CAS H ACCEPTED. Checks to Borough of Fair Lawn. Separate checks needed for boys and girls camp. ( No post dated checks). Camp sessions are held weekdays 9-5, rain or shine. In case of rain, camp will be held at Memorial Middle School.

Camp program includes, swimming, sports, crafts, games, trips, entertainment,e tc. Camp tee shirts mandatory. You cannot use last years shirts, for safety reasons. Each year colors change.

It is mandatory that 2 shirts are purchased for each camper at GEM sports 36-10 Broadway, Fair Lawn. Each shirt is $6.00. They must be purchased in advance. Cost not included in cost of registration. No phone orders taken. For information contact 201-796-6746 , weekdays 8:30-4:30.
