Ira L. Marks, CEM

Deputy OEM Director Ira Marks

 

Ira Marks was appointed Coordinator of Fair Lawn Emergency Management on July 18, 2006.  Coordinator Marks has resided in the Borough of Fair Lawn for twenty five years. Ira has been a member of the Fair Lawn Volunteer Ambulance Corps for over twenty one years, serving two years as president. Ira has also been an active member of the Fair Lawn Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC), serving two years as president. Coordinator Marks has been a member of Emergency Management for 13 years serving as shelter coordinator and Deputy Coordinator prior to his promotion. Ira is received his Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) credentials from the International Association of Emergency Mangers (IAEM) on November 11, 2004.
