Meeting Minutes for the Council and various boards are posted when made available by the respective secretary. Minutes are in PDF and you must have the Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your computer to read them. If you need the latest reader, please download it from Adobe.

Borough Council policy limits the Planning Board and Zoning Board minutes to be posted for a maximum of six months. Official copies of minutes can be obtained from the respective board secretary or Borough Clerk in the case of the Council.

Minutes older than 2010 have been archived into .ZIP files in order to save server space and to consolidate the archives. A program to uncompress the .ZIP file is required to open the files. Some versions of Windows have a built in uncompressing program. Another option is the free program, Hamster Free Zip Archiver that can be downloaded from download.com.
