Welcome to the new online resource for submitting non-emergency service requests and general information questions to the Borough of Fair Lawn. Our new easy form allows residents and business owners access to the Borough's notification system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please fill out the following information and choose the category in "What Type of Issue" which most closely fits your concern. Please type in the "Comments" section what information and/or concern you may have. The system will generate a unique id/ticket that will be automatically submitted to the appropriate Borough Department. A Borough Representative will respond to your concern in a timely manner. Example: 8-01 Fair Lawn Avenue should be entered as 801 Fair Lawn Avenue.
