TGA brings the golf course to you making it convenient and affordable to learn and play in a fun and safe environment.
Chess is the classic game that develops thinking strategies and builds focused concentration. Taught by a chess instructor, the class is geared for all levels of chess players. Beginners learn basic game rules and opening tactic moves.
Summer Basketball Camp:
The Fair Lawn Recreation Department/All-Sports Summer Basketball Camp for children entering the 4th through 8th grades. This program runs from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and will take place at the Fair Lawn Community Center gym and the Fair Lawn High School gym. First 120 registrants only.

Summer Pee-Wee Basketball Camp:
The Fair Lawn Recreation Department/All-Sports Summer Pee Wee Basketball Camp for children entering 2nd and 3rd grades. This program runs from 1:00 PM to 3:15 PM and will take place at the Fair Lawn Community Center gym. First 60 registrants only.

Men's Softball League:
This slow pitch softball league is open to all Fair Lawn residents and runs from April through August on weekday evenings with games at 6:30 PM behind the Fair Lawn High School.
This program with the assistance of the "Parent's Street Hockey Association" will be take registration in October at the Fair Lawn Recreation Department. Players will receive a team jersey. Players must supply their own equipment.
This program is open to all adults ages 18 and over. Pick up type play. Thursdays from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Sundays from 9:00 AM TO 12:00 PM. Proof of residency required.
Table Tennis Club:
The Fair Lawn Recreation Department's Table Tennis Club meets every Sunday evening from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fair Lawn Recreation Center (20th & Kipp). This group looks forward to having new members join. Please bring your own paddle.
This program is open to all adults aged 18 and over. No pre-registration is required. This activity is open gym with pick up type play and limited waiting. Mondays 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Saturdays 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Fair Lawn Recreation Center gym. Proof of residency will be required.
Beginner and moderate skilled play for Fair Lawn residents aged 18 and over. pick up games on Wednesday nights from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Proof of residency required.
Youth Bowling League:
This after school program is open to all Fair Lawn students grades 4th - 8th. Interested players are encouraged to sign up. Registration will take place in October. Program begins in November.
Women's Softball League:
This slow pitch softball league is open to all Fair Lawn residents and runs from April through June on weekday evenings with games on Schmidt Field located behind Memorial Middle School. Team fee is established and teams play a regular season scheduled and games played. An All-Star game and picnic are included as well. Individual players will be placed on already established teams.
