Mission Statement / Purpose
To promote the quality of life in Fair Lawn by creating a more aesthetic appearance in the community.
To offer ideas and suggestions for the physical improvement of all areas and buildings in Fair Lawn.
To promote within the community pride in the Borough general appearance
To actively involve service, fraternal and business associations as well as interested citizens in this endeavor.
To encourage hands-on activities for upgrade, maintenance and beautification projects.
To establish programs for interest organizations to carry out.
To review concerns about property maintenance.
To make the public aware of developments relating to maintenance service and in general.
To conduct any and all activities appropriate to the furtherance of the aforesaid objectives provided they shall be accepted in the form and substance to the Mayor and Council and the Borough Manager of the Borough of Fair Lawn.

Property Maintenance Advisory Committee meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of Every month. (Exception summer months.)
