Board:
The Zoning Board of
Adjustment hears requests for variances. Plans are available to view by
the public. Meetings are at 7:00 PM on Mondays in the Council Chambers.

A Zoning permit and
approval are required for driveways and fences. The fee is $50. and 2
copies of a survey need to be submitted with the permit application.
Patios and walkways only need Zoning approval and there is no fee.
The Engineering
Department has made a copy of the
Zoning Map
available in PDF format.
Zoning Board Plans:
The following plans are made
available to the public while the hearing is ongoing. Files will be removed
after the matter has been resolved. Multiple files are compressed using
winzip. Some files
submitted may require specific programs to view their contents.
